Welcome to the Registration Page for the 2009 Illawarra & South Coast Youth Services Conference.

All fields marked with a '*' are compulsory.

Please ensure you nominate which workshops you would like to attend.
Conference Registration closed on the 6th November 2009
Late Registration is still open until
13th November 2009 with an additional administration fee of $50 per registration.

AFTER 13th November, NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Registration Process

Please read and complete the following 7 registration steps carefully:

1. Download the Workshop & Disclaimer documents above

2. Choose your workshop preferences & read disclaimer document carefully

3. Fill out rego form on website making sure all fields marked with * are correctly filled out, then submit after entering code.

CHECK TO MAKE SURE THERE IS NOT A MESSAGE STATING - "Code entered did not match the image".

If this message does appear (above the first field "First Name"), you will unfortunately need to start again and make sure you enter the code correctly that appears as an image above the 'Submit Form' button.

If you have correctly entered the code, a messaging stating "Thank you! The form has been submitted" will appear in the same place.

4. When you have submitted your registration, a confirmation email will be sent within 3 working days confirming we have received your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time, your registration has not been successful.

5. After successful Registration, a tax invoice will be sent to the email address supplied during rego

6. Return payment with a copy of the Tax Invoice (please make cheques payable to: Albion Park Youth and Community Care - Conference)

7. Confirmation letter will be sent confirming registration details
