• Welcome to the Registration Page for the 2011 Illawarra & South Coast Youth Services Conference.

  • Conference registration closes on the 21st October 2011. Late registration is still open until 28th October with an additional administration fee of $50 per registration. After 28th October, no registrations will be accepted.

  • Before you register please read the "Code of Conduct and Participation for the Regional Illawarra & South Coast Conference 2011". You will be required to sign this form upon arrival at the Conference

  • Registration Process

    NOTE: All fields marked with a '*' are compulsory. Please ensure you nominate which workshops you would like to attend.

    Please read and complete the following 6 registration steps carefully:

    1. Download the Workshop & Code of Conduct in downloads located on left toolbar


    2. Choose your workshop preferences


    3. Fill out rego form on website making sure all fields marked with * are correctly filled out, then submit after entering code.


    PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE THERE IS NOT A MESSAGE STATING  - "Code entered did not match the image" above the first field "First Name"


    If this message does appear, you need to resubmit the form.
    If you have correctly submitted, a messaging stating "Thank you! will appear.


    4. When you have submitted your registration, a confirmation email will be sent within 3 working days confirming we have received your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time, your registration has not been successful. Please contact Berenice Murphy on 42952209 or berenice.murphy@det.nsw.edu.au

    5. After successful Registration, a tax invoice will be sent to the email address supplied during registration. This confirms & finalises your registration.


    6. Return payment with a copy of the Tax Invoice
