Welcome to the 2010 Illawarra & South Coast Youth Services Conference website.

This website is designed to assist conference: delegates and/or potential delegates, workshop, keynote and training providers, to access information in relation to the conference. We also plan to make keynote and some workshop material available for download post conference each year.

Conference Aims

Ø      To provide an opportunity to work together and network, to meet workers sharing this work in Government and non-Government agencies and to enhance and extend the networks that enhance the services provided to the clients and to show how real partnerships work at a local level.

Ø      To identify partnership opportunities that will enhance local service provision to young people at a local level.

Ø      To provide an opportunity to discuss new ideas, share resources and to become inspired and energised in the work.

Ø      To provide an opportunity to work together on issues in the field and come to a common understanding and develop strategies to address the issues.

Ø      To deliver training to staff that responds to the changing needs and issues in the field of youth work.

2010 Conference Costs

day only attendance - $120 per day

conference dinner - $ 55

attendance both days plus accommodation over night including conference dinner

- single - $ 375

- shared - $330

 Registrations open 10 am Monday 24th August 2010.
Closes 22nd October 2010 4 pm.
Late registrations up to 29th October 4 pm.
(Late fee will apply $50).
No registrations accepted after 29th october 2010.
